KGs Holiday Camp 🥊⚽

More than a school holiday. A full day of movement, confidence and fun.

Keep the kids active, engaged and away from the screens during the school holidays with the KGs Holiday Camp, a full-day programme combining boxing, multi-sport activities, fitness and team games across the KGs gym and outdoor pitches.

Designed for children aged 4–15, our Holiday Camp gives young people the opportunity to burn off some energy, learn new skills, build confidence and make new friends in a positive and supportive environment.

What happens at KGs Holiday Camp?

Every day is designed to offer plenty of variety, including:

🥊 Boxing & Pad Work
Age-appropriate boxing skills, movement, coordination and fun pad sessions led by KGS coaches.

⚽ Football & Multi-Sport
Outdoor activities across the pitches with different sports, challenges and games throughout the day.

🏃 Fitness & Movement
Fun activities designed to improve agility, balance, coordination, speed and general fitness.

🏆 Team Games & Challenges
Competitions, relays and group activities that encourage teamwork, communication and confidence.

🤝 Make New Friends
A welcoming environment where children can train, play and enjoy the holidays together.

Ages 4–15

Activities are organised appropriately for different ages and abilities, so both younger Cubs and older Juniors can enjoy a challenging and rewarding day.

No previous boxing or sporting experience is required.

School Holidays | 9:00am–3:30pm

Single Day – £20

Ideal if you'd like to book individual days around your holiday plans.

Full Week – £80

Book the complete week and save £20 compared with five individual day bookings.

What does my child need?

🥪 Bring a packed lunch

Need a little more flexibility?

Early drop-off and late pick-up are available on request, subject to availability and prior arrangement with KGs.

The KGS Holiday Camp isn't about producing future world champions before Friday afternoon. It's about giving young people a safe, structured and enjoyable environment where they can move more, try new things, build confidence and have a genuinely good holiday.
